§1. General provisions
- These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the website operated by:

- These Terms and Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the applicable provisions of Polish law, in particular:
- the Civil Code,
- the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services,
- the Consumer Rights Act,
- the GDPR Regulation.
- The website is intended for:
- informational purposes,
- marketing purposes,
- contact purposes,
- and enables the booking of consultations and cosmetology services.
- Using the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
§2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
- Website — the website available at https://epil-studio.pl.
- User — a person using the website.
- Administrator / Service Provider — the owner of the website.
- Services — cosmetology and consultation services, as well as services related to laser hair removal and electrolysis.
- Contact Form — a form enabling contact with the Administrator.
§3. Scope of services
- Through the website, the Administrator may present information concerning:
- laser hair removal,
- electrolysis,
- vascular lesion removal,
- cosmetology,
- consultations,
- promotions,
- news,
- educational materials.
- The website enables:
- contact with the Administrator,
- sending enquiries,
- redirection to the Booksy booking system,
- access to social media profiles.
- The information published on the website is for informational purposes and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, unless expressly stated otherwise.
§4. Conditions of using the website
- The User undertakes to use the website:
- in accordance with the law,
- in accordance with good practices,
- in a manner that does not infringe the rights of third parties.
- It is prohibited to:
- provide unlawful content,
- attempt to breach the security of the website,
- send spam,
- use automated systems to obtain data from the website.
- The Administrator may temporarily restrict access to the website in connection with:

§6. Bookings and Booksy
- The website may contain a redirection to the external Booksy booking system.
- Booking services through Booksy is subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the provider of that platform.
- The Administrator shall not be liable for the operation of external systems that are independent of the Administrator.
§7. Cosmetology services
- Information concerning treatments is provided for informational purposes and does not replace an individual specialist consultation.
- Treatment results may vary depending on the individual characteristics of the client’s body.
- The Administrator reserves the right to refuse to perform a treatment in the event of:
- health contraindications,
- the service being unsafe to perform,
- the client providing false information.
- Minors may use the services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, in accordance with applicable law.
§8. Reviews and “before / after” photos
- Reviews published on the website come from clients or persons who have used the services.
- The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that published reviews are authentic.
- Photographs showing treatment results are published:
- without the possibility of identifying the person, or
- after obtaining the appropriate consent of the client.
- Copying photographs published on the website without the Administrator’s consent is prohibited.
§9. Copyright
- All content available on the website, in particular:
- texts,
- photographs,
- graphics,
- logo,
- video materials,
- website layout,
- visual identity elements,
is protected by law.
- Copying, distributing or using materials without the Administrator’s consent is prohibited.
§10. Liability
- The Administrator exercises due care to ensure that the website operates properly and is kept up to date.
- The Administrator shall not be liable for:
- temporary unavailability of the website,
- technical failures,
- problems resulting from the operation of the internet,
- actions of third parties,

- The Administrator does not guarantee that specific treatment results will be achieved.
